The Company
Our History
In 1993 Delta Med was founded with the idea to plan and carry out quality.
The staff of Delta Med – having years of experience in the medical field with different professional competence – put their knowledge together for the benefit of the company and their customers.
The following steps show history described in brief are:
1995 -The production of DELTA FLO – our first range of FEP IV Catheters starts.
1996 – The TÜV quality certification is obtained and Delta Med introduces new products being the exclusive distributor for the Italian territory.
1997- Delta Med obtains the CE Certification for Intravenous Catheters.
1998- Delta Med obtains the CE Certification for Intravenous Administration devices and
accessories and introduces the new range of Polyurethane catheters Neo DELTA VEN.
2000- Delta Med obtains the ISO 90002/EN46002 Certification an improves the FEP Intravenous Catheters and contemporaneously changes the name into DELTA VEN.
2001- Delta Med introduces DELTA FIX the specific sterile Intravenous Catheter dressing pad together with a new range of accessories for solution administration.
