The Company
i2a: diagnosis company specialized in microbiology.
Since its foundation in 1988, i2a has developped a
great know-how in bacteriology, we manufacture
and market instruments, software and reagents.
A considerable success in a very competing world,
i2a equipes about 70% of the french hospital labs
and is also positioned on the private market.
Leader in term of readers of susceptibility tests in
solid medium, with the automat SirScan2000, i2a is
the first company in the world which conceives a fully
automated system for the disc diffusion : SirScan2000 Automatic.
The software offer combines lot of the functionalities,
user-friendly and performance.
On the side of reagents, the company is also at the point
of the innovation with the first medium MHR-SIR
allowing a report of the results during the day,
with Inoclic a system of standardization of inoculum,
and finally with a range of antibiotics discs and other
very powerful reagents.
The advance taken on competition allows today
i2a to complete its offer of systems of in vitro expertise,
