The Vision
Karmel Medical Acoustic Technologies Ltd., an Israeli company and PulmoSonix Ltd. an Australian Company, individually and together bring to the medical market acoustics-based novel clinical solutions for non-invasive monitoring* of cardio-pulmonary patients. Our goal is to implement these cutting edge technologies in specific lines of devices that cover the entire span of disease management: at the home, in the clinic, at the hospital and during convalescence and long-term care. The specific targets are patients inflicted with prevalent cardio-pulmonary disorders such as asthma, congestive heart failure (CHF), acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS) obstructive sleep apnea (OSA), emphysema, and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Through the combined effort to develop cost-effective, sensitive and simple-to-use clinical solutions focused on specific market needs, the Companies will position themselves as leaders in non-invasive patient monitoring providers. This vision will be accomplished through direct market visibility as well as by collaboration with market leaders who are currently catering to the needs of cardio-pulmonary patients.
