Company MEDIST s.r.o. was established in 1997. Core of the company consists of employees with long-term experiences in area of medical equipment and devices development.
Basic production program is area of development and production of medical suction units, series of equipment with commercial name MEVACS.

Mediprogress, s.r.o. Piestany, SLOVAKIA was founded in 1996 and fully expanded its activity beginning 1997. The corporation has been registered as a Limited Company in accordance with the Slovak Commercial Law. Its staff is formed by experienced and educated business professionals who have been involved in foreign trade for long time, particulary export of medical appliances. Within a short period the company has gained a status of a reliable and fair business partner on local and foreign market.
Main activities:
export and import of medical equipment and their spare parts, instruments and materials;
sales of medical equipment, appliances and materials on local market;
commisson merchant activities;
production of physiotherapy (water- and light-therapy apparatuses) and dental equipment (dental units, dental chairs, X-ray machines for dentists);
complete deliveries for hospitals and clinics including turn-key projects.
The main goal of Mediprogress is to provide full consulting, business and technical services to clients buying medical equipment and materials. For that purpose we continuously expand our own production of medical equipment. Thanks to this we are able to supply the appropriate items to our customers with reference to the utility function they expect under adequate marketing and service conditions.
We have two production plants:
Chirana Progress Piestany – production of water-therapy equipment;
Mediprogress Humenne – production of dental appliances and apparatuses.
Besides our own production, we have been also establishing a wide distribution network and channels to meet individual wishes of our customers in many countries. In other words, our goal is
“to offer the customer the most suitable product under optimum conditions.”

CHIRANA T. Injecta, a.s. company is an upholder of the tradition of the production of medical devices in Stará Turá.
The beginnings of the production go back to the year 1947. Since that year our products have served the people for the benefit of their health. By means of dynamic production programme and continuous development of new products our company has always tried to satisfy the customers’ needs all over the world.
At the beginning were classical reusable hypodermic syringes and needles to which more and more new products have been added gradually. The current product range is focused mainly on the field of hypodermic syringes and needles for single use.
Now the company produces more than 300 million pieces of syringes for single use and more than 280 million hypodermic needles.
At present CHIRANA T. Injecta, a.s. sells its products in almost 20 countries all over the world, which places it among the leading world companies in this field.
