About NanoFocus
Founded in 1994, NanoFocus produces and distributes devices and software concepts for high-resolution optical 3D surface analysis. These innovative measurement systems allow the fast, contact less and easy 3D-measurement of surfaces and structures up to the nanometer range.
The product range of NanoFocus AG includes the scanning profilometer µscan® and the confocal white light microscope µsurf®. µscan® is designed for the linear measurement of the micro geometry of technical components and their surface roughness. It can be equipped with diverse sensors according to the specific measurement function and is mainly used in automated manner for quality and process control. The µsurf® creates a three-dimensional topographic image of the surface microstructures with a high vertical and lateral resolution. Both are used in Research & Development and in quality assurance. By means of the application and evaluation software designed and provided by NanoFocus, the measurement data can be collected, edited, and analyzed automatically in the scope of quality control or for analyzing the structural surface properties.
