Mission
The School’s mission is
to develop advanced skills and expertise in international healthcare management
to bridge the gap between teaching, science and practice.
It aims to provide a range of high-level management programmes which meet the demands of an entrepreneurial healthcare sector.
Like other industries, the health sector needs managers with skills to develop practical, systems-oriented solutions. Until now, there has been a lack of training opportunities for top executives in this field. Nations HealthCareer has therefore developed an innovative intercultural formation which breaks down national barriers in the field of healthcare management education.
The School aims to enable its graduates to use their management skills and expertise in a creative and analytical way – thus generating added value for their companies while playing a key role in developing their countries’ health services and systems.
Management must become a dynamic, creative, and guiding force in the socially responsible field of health. In particular, the claims to know-how transfer within international networks which are a normal feature of medicine today must also be taken up by managers and applied to the operational processes and structures in their companies. This is the basis of our training programmes – and there is a great demand for these skills.
