Phoenix Diagnostics, Inc. was founded in 1989. Throughout the late 90’s, the company was principally focused in the private-label manufacture of Quality Controls and calibration verification materials for leading in vitro diagnostics companies across the United States. Among its most notable OEM partnerships during this period, was a multi-year contract secured with Sigma Diagnostics (formerly of Sigma-Aldrich) for the development of bilirubin and enzyme linearity controls.
