History
KBB Private Health Service and Medical Consulting Inc. (KBB Inc.) was founded in Ankara in 1994 with the purpose of offering high quality products and services to Turkish medical institutions. As a prominent Turkish distributor and producer of medical equipment and expenditure material qualified to compete with top European medical firms, KBB Inc. does not limit its services to just the selling process, but it also continues to maintain relations and provide services to its customers thereafter.
Over the years, via it’s professional selling and customer relations services, KBB Inc. has established close relationships with top Turkish medical facilities such as private and government-owned hospitals and clinics and has increasingly confirmed its place at the top of the market.
KBB Inc. has grown from merely distributing equipment produced by international companies to producing such equipment itself. In accordance with the CE trademark and ISO/EN norms, the quality of these products has been appreciated by experts in the field worldwide and has thus the potential to become globally competitive.
In 2006, KBB Inc. opened a plant in Ankara and started manufacturing Tautmann® brand medical equipment using powerful “state-of-the-art” machines, capable of accommodating production according to demand not just from medical firms but from other industries as well.
Among the first products manufactured are the ISO 13485 certified Tautmann® Transfer Trolley and Tautmann® Linen Cart which have impressed many medical facilities with their excellent quality and esthetic functionality. In addition to these, the Tautmann® product line has expanded to include Tautmann® patient trolleys, Tautmann® bedside cabinets, Tautmann® transfusion poles, and Tautmann® waiting lounge furniture.
The KBB Inc. rehabilitation equipment and Tautmann® products are displayed at the Rehabcenter Showroom, KBB Inc.’s selling and technical service center, in downtown Ankara. Rehabcenter Showroom is aimed at providing excellent service to the physically disabled of all ages by offering them high-quality products at a low cost.
With its current 100 employees who set high standards on their performance, its substantial line of Tautmann® high-quality, practical and elegant yet affordable products, and its Rehabcenter Showroom, KBB Inc. aimed towards constant improvement and excellent service has become one of the leading medical equipment producers and distributors in Turkey.
