A methodology for laboratory testing was developed as the result of several research projects at the Department of Medical Engineering. The methodology was successfully tested during development of test procedure for devices against pressure sores. It is based on the assessment criteria obtained by clinical measurements and on development of standardized testing devices and procedures.
