Biosepar was founded in 1987 as a biotechnology company dedicated to the microbiology.
The company is very sucessful, developing and producing innovative High Tech products for the parasitology, microbiology, hygiene, filtration and separation technology in human and veterinary medicine, natural sciences, enviromental analytic and research.
The development of the activity brought us to face the increasing importance of the microbiological diagnosis in the human and veterinary parasitology. The main step was the development from ParasiTrap® System, a cornerstone in the parasitological laboratory technique in Europe. The products of Biosepar are the result of a long time cooperation with the Max-von-Pettenkofer- Institute for Hygiene and Medical Microbiology of the Ludwig-Maximilians-University of Munich. We own many international patents. The products are present since many years on the international markets (ParasiTrap®, SteriTrap®, QuickSepar®).
Our latest new revolutionary innovation is FixSepar®, a formalinfree fixative and processing medium for materials of biological origin, like tissue, cells, body fluids and stool for human and veterinary purposes.FixSepar® was developed according to the new EU-directives (§§ Health and Safety Regulations) for health and environmental protection.
