General Life Biotechnology Co., Ltd. (GLB) was founded on January 1999 by GTM
business group. Our vision is to establish a world leading Biosensors company with
specialty and competency.
In the clinical diagnostic market, a centralized fully automation instrument with large
detection capability,is just like a super computer in the information system. A biosensor
can be considered as a personal computer which widely spread in all over the world with
high growth rates.
R&D was focused on the electrochemical, immune logical and biochemical technology
and extend and link with (and their linking with) the advanced electric technique in
Taiwan. Our Screen Printed Electrode production technology offers the application
possibility of Biosensors for the fields of Clinical, Environmental, Defense, Veterinary,
Agriculture, Genetic, etc. Based on the detection targets’ and their specimens’
characteristics, special sensing materials and production procedures were applied using
screen printing technique cooperating with sensor surface modification technique to
produce low medium interferences, high sensitivity and disposable sensor strips.
