ST+D design wireless vital signs monitors.
These are ultra miniature intelligent monitors which are worn on the chest. Despite their small size, they can provide a mixture of vital signs including ECG, respiration, temperature and motion – all with hugely reduced motion artefact.
Uniquely, these devices can process and trigger on 10 different ECG arrhythmias. These in-house developed algorithms allow for greatly extended battery life as only the clinically significant data needs to be transmitted.
ST+D are also internationally recognised providers of high performance electrodes including a range of cost reducing defibrillation pads.
This year ST+D will be previewing their OEM ECG device. This provides high quality 3 channel ECG monitoring streamed via a Bluetooth wireless link. This device is available to be integrated into existing OEM monitors where there is a need for high quality signal with minimum motion artefact but without wires.
