VIDIA is a producer of IVD´s, Czech SME founded in 1991. Since 1999 VIDIA established its own Research and Development Department. The main activities of the company is the research, development and production of diagnostic kits for human medicine, mainly immunoassays for clinical and research use:
• IVD for detection of antibodies to herpetic viruses (EBV, CMV, HSV, HHV6, VZV – ELISA a immunofluorescence kits)
• Diagnostics of fecal occult blood – OKULT VIDITEST RAPID
• Custom synthesis of peptides and preparation of peptide-protein conjugates
VIDIA cooperates with Czech Academy of Sciences and Universities in research projects in the field of virology, immunology and detection of environmental pollution and its overall impact to human health.
VIDIA has the quality assurance system under EN ISO 13485 and EN ISO 9001 (certified by notify body: IQNet and CQS) for the following processes:
• Production, development and research of diagnostic medical devices in vitro
•Production of diagnostic kits, production of chemical substances and preparations, research and development in life sciences.
