Part of Sunlight’s Clinical Solutions division, Scottish-based BDF manufactures single-use medical drapes, surgical gowns and procedure packs under the Guardian brand and also contract manufactures made-to-order drapes and gowns for customers around the world. Core competencies are conversion of non woven, flexible plastic and film materials. Sewing, heat and pressure welding of flexible materials, glueing both hot and cold and sterile packaging using multivac systems. In conjunction with our sister company Rocialle we can now supply the market-leading range of Opera customer procedure trays designed in accordance with procedure type, Optimo stainless steel single-use instruments and a complete range of dressing packs and sterile medical consumables.
