Fisher & Paykel Industries Ltd. was founded in 1934 by Mr. Woolf Fisher & Maurice Paykel in Auckland, New Zealand. The enterprise emphasis at that time was in the production and selling of radios, refrigerators and washing machines.
Already in 1971 Fisher & Paykel presented the first respiratory humidifier for the invasive respiration.
Fisher & Paykel Healthcare corporation Ltd. Produces and sells humidification systems for the hospital and the OSA-market, as well as products for adults and children used for warming therapy. 95% of the manufactured products are exported in over 90 countries world-wide.
Fisher & Paykel Germany supplies and attends to customers in Germany and
Austria. The sales departement, the administration and the technical service center are resident in Welzheim.
