History
1983 – Creation of the ZAMAK die-casting company, F.P.H.B .
– Take over of INNOCENTI ; the company specialized in thermoplastic injection.
1992 – FPSA GROUP was born, in order to create a technical and commercial synergy between its two activities which are zamak die casting and thermoplastic injection.
1997 – Combination of the two activities in the same location:
Zone Industrielle Sud de Bellignat, 01100 OYONNAX FRANCE
2001 – Creation of the Development Holding Company: D.J.S.P. SAS
– FPSA Group goes into partnership with a regional purchasing office LINKPLAST SAS (5 000 € Capital)
2002 – Creation of the subsidiary in Rumania , TPR SRL.
2004 -Workshop and office extension for 1 000 m2
-Investment in an injection thermoplastics press ( 500 T capacity )
